Holding on

There is a theory behind this necklace from the company that makes it. You wear your word while you need it, until you believe it, then you pass it on to someone else who needs it. This is my second word. It just arrived. I'll have this one for awhile. Believing I am worthy of much of anything is pretty hard. When the life you've lived only seems to knock you down; even when you think you're finally up to stay up. Life has proven that there will always be another shoe to drop and when it rains it will definitely pour. During this current storm, I'm doing my best to hold on. It's hard. Very hard.
